    Coconut coir dehydrator is the most important mechanical equipment in the dehydration treatment process of plant pulp fiber materials. It is mainly used for pre dehydration treatment of plant pulp fiber materials to meet the requirements of later drying or fermentation moisture content, thereby reducing later costs. It has strong dehydration ability, simple operation, large processing capacity, and durability. 1. Fabric dispenser: Refined plant pulp fiber material wet pulp material (or solid mixture), which is flattened by a unique spiral mechanism to evenly distribute the pulp on the lower filter screen. Simultaneously infiltrate excess moisture from plant pulp fiber materials.
2. Pre pressing zone: Main components: The evenly distributed slurry from the wedge-shaped zone and arc-shaped rollers enters the downward curved arc-shaped wedge-shaped zone for initial pressure dehydration. Further slow pressure and pressure are applied by the three arc-shaped rollers, and a portion of the gap water is squeezed out.
3. Low pressure zone: The main components consist of a large diameter drainage roller with multiple drainage holes evenly distributed. The large low-pressure drainage zone has a unique drainage structure that can quickly drain the squeezing water. Only the large diameter drainage roller can ensure the increase of squeezing force.
4. High pressure zone: The upper and lower mesh belts in the extrusion zone of the three sets of pressure rollers I~III are wrapped around the decreasing pressure rollers of the three sets of pressure rollers, causing a large amount of water to be slowly and strongly squeezed out. At the same time, the mesh belt is wrapped in an "S" shape, generating increasing surface pressure. The pressure on the plant pulp fiber material between the mesh belts gradually increases, and a small amount of water is continuously discharged, causing the moisture content of the plant pulp fiber material to gradually decrease, forming a plant pulp fiber material filter cake

    The plant pulp fiber material is transported by a conveyor to the material feeder of the high-pressure roller extrusion dewatering machine. It is evenly spread on the mesh belt through a spiral material feeder, while controlling the thickness of the spread on the mesh belt. As the equipment runs, the mesh belt is clamped by two fully tensioned circular mesh belts on top and bottom. Under the drive of the driving roller, it is continuously mechanically and physically squeezed by the pre pressure dewatering zone and three sets of roller high-pressure zones to press out a large amount of water. Adjust the extrusion force according to the characteristics of the material to meet the customer's requirements for material moisture.
