Working principle
When working, the coconut coir that has been preliminarily cleaned is first transported to the feeding system and evenly spread on the lower filter screen through a fabric spreader. As the filter belt runs, coconut coir enters the dehydration zone of the desalination unit. In the dehydration zone, the pressure roller group squeezes and dehydrates coconut coir, squeezing out a large amount of water and salt dissolved in it, and discharging it through a water filter belt. After initial dehydration, the coconut coir enters the separation zone, and the water spraying element sprays water to humidify the coconut coir on the lower mesh belt, further dissolving the salt in the coconut coir. Subsequently, the humidified coconut coir enters the dehydration unit. In the dehydration unit, coconut coir first passes around the large screening roller, and the water is discharged through the punching holes on the surface of the large screening roller. Then, it passes through multiple pressing roller groups in sequence, and each pressing roller group gradually increases the pressure to further remove the water and salt in the coconut coir. After the entire processing, the moisture and salt content of coconut coir are gradually removed as the filter belt moves, and finally coconut coir products that meet quality standards are discharged from the discharge outlet.

1. Efficient desalination and dehydration
Powerful dehydration capability: This equipment adopts high-pressure roller pressing technology, which can generate strong squeezing force and effectively remove moisture from coconut coir. After actual testing, the moisture content of dehydrated coconut coir can be reduced to around 38% -50%, and the dehydration effect is significant compared to the high moisture content of the original coconut coir.

Efficient desalination performance: Through the synergistic effect of the dehydration zone and separation zone, effective removal of coconut coir salt is achieved while dehydrating. Firstly, a large amount of salt is removed through preliminary dehydration filtration, then the salt is dissolved by humidification in the separation zone, and finally further desalinated in the dehydration unit, so that the salt content (EC value) of coconut coir can be reduced to 0.3-0.5mS/cm, meeting the strict requirements for coconut coir salt content in horticulture, agriculture and other fields.

2. High degree of automation

Intelligent control system: The equipment is equipped with an advanced automation control system. Operators only need to set parameters such as feeding speed, pressing pressure, and water spraying time on the control interface based on the characteristics and processing requirements of coconut coir before the equipment runs. The equipment can then automatically operate according to the preset program. During operation, the control system can monitor various operating parameters of the equipment in real time, such as pressure, speed, temperature, etc., and automatically adjust them according to the actual situation to ensure that the equipment is always in the best operating state.
Fault diagnosis and alarm function: The automation control system also has complete fault diagnosis and alarm functions.
